WoW, its already been a week since we moved in, and the apartment looks great. Theres only a few more things to hang on the wall, but I wanna get Brian over here to help me actually hit a stud cause the last two items are very heavy.

The rent cheque is sitting on the desk ready for Crystal to walk it over to the managers office in the morning, and if all goes well, we’ll be getting tattoo’d on Saturday. I’m gonna be getting a Spaceman Spiff tattoo on my forearm, and Crystal will be getting her Swallows on her chest.

Chaucer is doing very well. Infact right now he’s under my desk attacking my feet as I disturbed him from his sleep on my lap. The farret basically just noticed him yesturday, and has taken to chasing him around the bedroom. Its very funny and cute. Chaucer is such a baby, and will run away even if the ferret just walks past him.

Can I just say, I love this place. I feel like a new man here, and I can tell that Crystal is feeling alot better too. She looks alot more relaxed as well. Its nice a quiet here, no complaints about the people living around us.

WoW what a day here! Crystal did the dishes and I did all the laundry. Course she helped by folding all of them. Then we were off to Walmart to spend $145 on food for the weeks to come. I’m gonna be starting to brown bag it to try and save money. So I’ll be taking sandwiches and soup for the next couple of days. Should be good.

Thats the apartment. Still have a few boxes to unpack and a book case to get but other than that, we’re all good here!

Its a warm day here in Warwick(!) While Chaucer is sleeping peacefully a couple feet away, pickle is warm. We need a new A/C. After futzing with out new one that I just got a couple of months ago, I gave up and shoved the fan in the window, to maybe get the temp in the house down to the 80’s. I check on her every couple of minutes, and it feels like its gotten cooler in there so thats a good thing.

I posted a question the LJ’s QuestionClub, but maybe all 2 or 3 readers could maybe comment and help me. Here’s the question I just posted:

“Ok, heres the question:
I just got a router and I can surf the net, but I cannot for the life of me get my webcams to work. For the record, I use webcamxp. How do I configure my cams and my router so people on the interweb see them? By the way I am router stupid, never had one before. Oh yeah its a linksys router.”

Anyone have any answers? I’d like to have the answer soon as Crystal is at work, and I’d like to be able to get hers up and running before she gets home.

Well I think I should go back to unpacking, I’ve been slacking abit. Ok, alot.

Well the move went just as planned. I picked up the 17 foot Uhaul at 7:30 and by like 9:20 we had it all packed, and we were on our way to Warwick to move in. I had never driven a truck that big, and that loaded, so it was pretty cool. We got to the apartment and had the walk through. Then the fun started. Course we made good time. It took about 2 1/2 hours but we got the truck unloaded, and my father in law, Brian, was on his way.

Crystal and I returned the truck, got something to eat, cause I hadn’t had anything to eat yet, and I was starting to get the shakes. So we ate at McDonalds and headed back to the apartment to start unpacking. Crystal had to go to work for 4, so I continued to unpack untill Brian got back with the kitchen table, and to help me get the living room set that my co-worker, and fellow game, Wil had set aside for me in his basement

So now we’re at the point that the house looks good, but I have alot of unpacking to do today, I think I’ll get through most of it today, with the help of our new…..wait for it…. KITTEN OMGZ ITZ S00000000 COOT!!! His name is Chaucer, from A Knights tale, because all he does its talk talk talk! Here’s some pictures so y’all can go “Awwwwwwww”
