worried worried

Ahh yes, the Rhode Island storm of the year. There’s lots of snow, lots. It took me an hour to go 4 miles. Course I am worried more for Crystal. She has to drive i think about 18 miles. On the freeway. Where’s theres gridlock. I’m not expecting her to get home for a while. I hope she filled up with gas. Theres reports on the news of about 200 cars the were abandoned on the road cause they ran out of gas.

I wish I could text message Crystal, but she forgot her phone today. Today of all days. This makes me even more worried. Poor Chaucer is just wandering around, he doesn’t know why she’s not home yet. I think I will make some hot chocolate for her as soon as she gets home.

See these pictures. Its not too pretty out there right now.

The highway wasn’t as bad as I got closer to downtown, and once I got past the Big Blue Bug I was able to get up to 30mph a few times, and it took me about another hour or so to get home. Eddie cooked dinner and made me a hot bath and some cocoa as promised. [...]
