I hate infomercials
WoW my vacation is almost done. Only the weekend left, then its back to work. I have really enjoyed my time off just hanging out with Crystal. Its been alot of fun. I’m gonna miss sleeping in, and not getting dressed untill like noontime. It sucks that my vacation only comes once a year. Next year it will be alot sooner. Probably in May. And my parents will be down at that time.
Last night, I begged and pleaded that we go out to get Stanley Burgers. When we got there, and we ordered. I realised I had no cash with me, so I had to walk to the closest convience store, and use the atm. But it was perfect timing, as the food was just brought out as I walked in. Stanley burgers are *so* good. I love them.
After we got home, we settled down to watch a couple of movies. The first one we watched was The Bourne Supremacy. It was pretty good. I have learned that if Matt Damon doesen’t really talk in movie, it’ll be a blockbuster. I liked it. Not much of a story line but good action scenes. The second movie that we watched, was more of a joke. I wasn’t expecting much, but was expecting enough cause it had the “National Lampoon” name on it. It was Dorm Daze. It sucked. There was some funny places but they were few and far between. It scared me when I went to look at the trivia for it on imdb, I found out that they are making a Dorm Daze 2. I think it’ll suck the same if not more than the original.
Today, nothing much planned. Got a Freecycle dvd player to give to a guy today, sometime between 12:30-12:45. Nice window huh? After that, might play some WoW, or, I dunno. Its my last week day vacation day, and I have no idea. We should get out of the house and head to Slater Mill, and wander around. 1. because its a nice day. 2. Pawtucket Art Festival starts today. 3. Cause it might be nice just to get out for a little while.
And if it gets dark enough tonight, we have 2 horror/thriller movies to watch. I picked one, and Crystal picked one. So we’ll see which one is better! Nah we’ll see which one scares us more. Probably hers, cause mine is more the triller. But it looked good, and dammit, I like thrillers. But I wanna be scared more!
Edit: Great I just read a review of the movie I just picked, and to quote: “I can’t remember being so disappointed by a film. I love psychological thrillers but this was just so pretentious and up its own ar*e that I found myself not giving a toss what happens to anyone in it.” Just great $17.99 for a movie, that both of us will probably hate. But we’ll check it out anyways. (Read a review on Crystals, and they said its a must for horror fans.)
