Had a great weekend. Crystals aunt was up from Florida, to take one of Crystals uncles down. So it was a huge family weekend. We got over there early so Robin could try out the new waffle iron, so I cooked the bacon. As I was eating I save one peice of bacon (out of 5 that I grabbed) to have as a last bite. I was just about finished and Crystal grabbed it off my playe, and tried to get it all in her mouth. She didn’t, I managed to save about 1/3 of the peice. I thought she learned that you don’t take food off my plate. I guess next time I’ll have to bite her. After breakfast, and the “battle of the bacon”, Crystal went with her mom and grandmother to get their hair cut. I went and picked up food for the fuzzy, and for some reason had a really bad headache, so bad that I was getting nausous. So I went back to the inlaws and promptly fell asleep for about 2.5 hours, and woke up feeling 100% better.
Nanny got really upset that we didn’t call her to watch The 40 Year Old Virgin last week. We told her that we had deemed it not “Nanny friendly” as it was the uncut verison, so we didn’t call her up. She was not too impressed, and said she had wanted to see it, so I told her I would leave it there, and we would watch it next weekend. But there was one stipulation: none of us were going to explain any jokes, or look her in the eyes while watching it! hehehe.
Today it was the gather the entire family for one last dinner together. Of course Crystals sister couldn’t make it for the meal, and only stayed like 10 minutes, then took off again. Least she made an appearance. I would have been disapointed if she didn’t. I wish she’d come over more. I’d love to get to know my little sister in law better, but can’t blame her for having a life. Even I had a life at that age. Not much of one, but I had one.
So we had lasgana around one, and then settled down to watch the Steelers kick some ass. For supper we had chicken wings. I had 2 helpings. They were so good.
We watched the first quarter of the Seahawks game, and then we packed up the fuzzy and came home.
