I think I am gonna pack up the printer/scanner as it is just not working anymore. I can get the computer to install the software. I always have to do this whenever I change the usb port, like I did when we moved. I got the scanner to work once, but I switched windows and Photoshop froze, and then the computer would not start, now after numerous installs of the software I cannot get the scanner enabled. Without ink, and without the scanner working, there is no need for it to be on my desk. If I take it down I can put a lamp there for when its dark, as the one flook lamp we have in the living room does not throw off alot of light in this corner of the room.
