Colbert has recently released a book entitled I Am America (And So Can You!), rumoured by some (invariably Colbert himself) to be a sign that he is testing the waters for a future presidential bid. Colbert confirmed his presidential ambitions on his October 16 show, stating that he was running both on the Republican and Democratic platforms, but only as a favorite son in his native South Carolina. This announcement came after months of refusing to either confirm or deny these ambitions, stating that he must first talk the possibility over with his family. In an interview with Larry King he revealed that he would consider Mike Huckabee (who himself has offered Colbert the vice presidential position) as his running mate. [18] He has also speculated on the possibility of a Colbert-Putin or Colbert-Colbert ticket.

rozerem: not just a drug, but a hunter too
Ok, so we got our tax check back, so its time to start looking for a new place to live. So I need all your help. We’re looking for a place in either Warwick, West Warwick, or Coventry. We’ll deal with Cranston if we have to. We’re looking to pay anywhere from $0-$700, one or two bedroom (probably at the price we are looking for, we’ll only find 1 bedrooms), and some where thats is pet friendly.
I said perferably Coventry so that my mother in law can pick me up on the way to work. Would be nice, and I could help her out by giving her some money each week for gas and such.
Ok. With that said, now its time for the Saturday review! We got up and played around on the internets for a bit, then showered and started our trip down to Coventry. We went down to Newbury Comics to look around. We found Crystal a nice pair of cute shoes, and I got a Shaun of the Dead figure. After that, we drove to Dennys,
and Crystal phoned and left a message on her fathers phone, explaining where we were, and asked him to call back. We had a great lunch at Denny’s and went to the Supercenter and wandered around there, we got Crystal a new pillow, and a couple shirts, including a Miami Ink one for me. At that time her dad called and then we went to her moms to pick up the car, and drove to her dads so her could take a look at it. We had a real nice visit over there. It was great, I think her dad and step mother like me, which is good!
After her dad’s we went back to her moms, and had a great Pork roast for supper, and then sat down to watch The Departed. What a great movie! I’m not a fan of Leonardo DiCaprio, but he did a terrific job. Jack Nicholson was over the top as usual, but it fit in this movie. All of us really enjoyed it, and even Brian stayed awake through the whole thing!
Then we came home, and surfed the net, watched a re-run of SNL, and went to bed. Today Crystal is at work, I have some dishes to do, and I have to clean out the ferret cage. When she gets home, we’re gonna run out and find something to eat at Stop n Shop and come home, and maybe play some World of Warcraft.
All I want for Christmas is: Hipeponymous
It kicks off with two CDs of music aptly named Yer Favourites. The 37 digitally remastered songs were chosen entirely by fans, with the exception of a pair of new tracks, a wry rocker dubbed “No Threat” and the understated “The New Maybe.” The collection embodies the band’s appeal; whether you’re a fan of alternative music, mainstream rock, or bluesy country, the Hip make music that just feels really good to listen to. The package also includes two DVDs: the first, entitled “That Night in Toronto” is a concert that captures all the charm, eccentricity, and enthusiasm fans expect in a great Hip show. Highlights include a unique moment in which cameras capture thousands of fans singing along passionately to lyrics detailing Canadian war history (”Nautical Disaster”), as well as amped-up versions of older tracks, from “Blow at High Dough” to “Little Bones.” The second DVD includes all of their previous videos, some low-key short films that were used as backdrops to live shows, and a charming, 50-minute documentary of daily band life entitled “Macroscopic.”
Yup, I likes it!
