WoW, what a great saturday! We got up early today and quickly checked emails. Then hopped in the shower, and we were out the door to Compusa to pick up a new video card for Crystal, and some much needed ram for myself. Well we get there and wander around, putting up our websites on their computers. Except for Crystal, as hers is all XXX rated, and the peoples eyes would liquify and pour out of their sockets if they saw her site outside of their bedrooms.

So she got a 256mb video card, and so did I , cause for $79.99, its a terrific price for us. I also walked out of their with a 512mb stick of ram. We were kinda scared about her install, as her computer is famous for being a bitch if you try and install anything in it. I was very worried that it would be an afternoon of Crystal swearing, and finally getting it installed. But we were 100% wrong! Both my ram, and both of our video cards installed so easy we thought there was a catch, but no catch!

Now I can play World of Warcraft with all the options turned on, and windowed! I am so excited! I can see everything now! the weather, the glowing guys in the Undercity, even the dragons on my toons dress! WoW WoW WoW! So we play for most of the day, getting to lvl 24.

Like the booty shorts? I got a kick out of seeing those at the AH, and since I need new “pants” I got them. We’ve almost run out of quests from the Undercity, so we’ve started the ones in the barrens. Lemmie tell ya, I didn’t miss the barrens chat at all or the local defense spamming the that the crossroads are being attacked over and over again. Last time I was in the barrens, I rode out of there on my Kodo, so its hard to try and have to run around doing the quests that I had already done with Bacagrande.

Hit lvl 21 tonight and did the Lunar festival, it was pretty cool. Having a total blast with Paladin. Died multiple times, but the beauty of Paladin, Crystal could just sit there and I raised her! W00t! Shower time now.

Ok, so we got our tax check back, so its time to start looking for a new place to live. So I need all your help. We’re looking for a place in either Warwick, West Warwick, or Coventry. We’ll deal with Cranston if we have to. We’re looking to pay anywhere from $0-$700, one or two bedroom (probably at the price we are looking for, we’ll only find 1 bedrooms), and some where thats is pet friendly.

I said perferably Coventry so that my mother in law can pick me up on the way to work. Would be nice, and I could help her out by giving her some money each week for gas and such.

Ok. With that said, now its time for the Saturday review! We got up and played around on the internets for a bit, then showered and started our trip down to Coventry. We went down to Newbury Comics to look around. We found Crystal a nice pair of cute shoes, and I got a Shaun of the Dead figure. After that, we drove to Dennys, and Crystal phoned and left a message on her fathers phone, explaining where we were, and asked him to call back. We had a great lunch at Denny’s and went to the Supercenter and wandered around there, we got Crystal a new pillow, and a couple shirts, including a Miami Ink one for me. At that time her dad called and then we went to her moms to pick up the car, and drove to her dads so her could take a look at it. We had a real nice visit over there. It was great, I think her dad and step mother like me, which is good!

After her dad’s we went back to her moms, and had a great Pork roast for supper, and then sat down to watch The Departed. What a great movie! I’m not a fan of Leonardo DiCaprio, but he did a terrific job. Jack Nicholson was over the top as usual, but it fit in this movie. All of us really enjoyed it, and even Brian stayed awake through the whole thing!

Then we came home, and surfed the net, watched a re-run of SNL, and went to bed. Today Crystal is at work, I have some dishes to do, and I have to clean out the ferret cage. When she gets home, we’re gonna run out and find something to eat at Stop n Shop and come home, and maybe play some World of Warcraft.

What the hell am I gonna get Crystal for our anniversary?! I really have no clue. She is so hard to shop for. I’m truly at a loss here. Help!

I get a 3 day weekend starting today. Course I had planned on playing WoW all day, so I log in, and get to lvl 17 and then my concentration shits the bed, and I can’t concentrate on playing. So after buying new armour, I log out. Course its now possible to kill things 4 to 5 lvls higher than me. Its pretty cool.

We put stuff up on freecycle last night. We put up a Patriots jacket, a bar stool, a sewing maching, and 3 computer monitors. All except the monitors have been picked up. The monitors are going to a charity on tuesday. Yay for getting rid of stuff!

pickle has been a total ferret today by starting up on her obession of climbing into and digging at the heating vents again. She also met her first centipede today and chased it around. I hope she ate it as she looked like she was going to. I hate those damn things they make me feel very dirty (in a bad way). She’s also kinda over tired, and wont sleep when I put her in her cage, so hopefully she’ll fall asleep in the chaise in here for a few hours.

So I really don’t have too much planned here today. At some point I have to do dishes, and maybe some cleaning up. Course theres nothing good on tv during the day, right now I am catching up on Days of our lives. Passions is next, and thats a total train wreck with mermaids, a witch, and a baby. Crazy, no?

tomorrow if the weather is good, we’re gonna be heading to the drive-in to see Click, and Superman. So tomorrow, I have to haul some stuff in from the car, and find the little portable radio, and get batteries for that. then a couple of sodas in the cooler, and we should be set to go up to Jim’s Deli and grab some ‘big sandwiches’, and head off to the drive-in. I’m very excited about this.

tomorrow, Crystal also have her National Certification test to take first thing in the morning. I know she’s nervous, but she was also nervous before every one of her tests in school, and she will do just fine on this test as well. After that she’ll get a raise at work, and things will be rockin here at Casa McBride.

The weather here has been hot hot hot. But today its rather nice. The house is warm but not too bad. It was hella hot here a couple of days ago, reaching , in the sun at the walmart parking lot to about 106 degrees. Thats fuckin hot! Course then you have to add the heat index and humidity into that, and then its OMGWTF hot.

I need something to eat…
